This is an opportunity to work on world-class hotels, wellness resorts, destination spas, and premium hospitality developments across the region.About Your TeamYou will work closely with Interior Designers, Architects, MEP Engineers, specialist Wellness Consultants, Suppliers, Operators, and Project Delivery teams to coordinate the design and execution of world-class hospitality and wellness facilities.Your RoleAs a Design Coordinator - (Spa & Wellness), your responsibilities will include:Coordinating all design activities from concept through detailed design, tender, construction, and handover stagesManaging multidisciplinary coordination between Architecture, Interior Design, MEP, Structural, and specialist Spa & Wellness consultantsOrganizing and leading design coordination meetings with stakeholdersReviewing design packages for completeness, coordination, and constructabilityCoordinating luxury Spa & Wellness facilities including saunas, steam rooms, hammams, thermal suites, vitality pools, treatment rooms, and relaxation areasReviewing specialist wellness layouts, equipment requirements, and supplier integrationsCoordinating high-end fit-out packages including joinery, finishes, FF&E, feature elements, and bespoke interiorsReviewing shop drawings, technical submissions, material samples, and mock-upsSupporting site teams with RFIs, design clarifications, and construction coordinationConducting site inspections and resolving design-related issuesActing as a key point of contact between clients, consultants, operators, suppliers, and project teamsWhat We're Looking ForExperience:10+ years of professional experience in Design Coordination, Architecture, Interior Design, or Design ManagementMinimum 5 years of dedicated Spa & Wellness project experienceProven experience delivering luxury hospitality, wellness resort, destination spa, or high-end fit-out projectsStrong experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and specialist consultantsExperience with saunas, steam rooms, hammams, thermal suites, vitality pools, treatment areas, and wellness facilitiesExperience working with luxury hotel operators, wellness consultants, and specialist spa suppliersExperience supporting projects through design development, construction, commissioning, and handoverGCC project experience is highly desirableKnowledge & Skills:Strong understanding of Spa & Wellness design requirements and specialist wellness facilitiesExtensive knowledge of luxury hospitality and premium fit-out projectsStrong understanding of technical detailing, construction documentation, and design developmentExperience coordinating architectural, interior, MEP, structural, and specialist consultant design packagesStrong knowledge of joinery, finishes, FF&E, and luxury interior environmentsAbility to review and coordinate shop drawings and technical submittalsExcellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and coordination abilitiesProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of hospitality standards and wellness facility requirementsWhat We OfferThe opportunity to work on iconic luxury hospitality and Spa & Wellness developments across the UAE and GCCExposure to world-class hotels, wellness resorts, destination spas, and premium fit-out projectsA collaborative environment with leading industry professionals and specialist consultantsThe chance to play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality and wellness experiencesLong-term career growth within one of the region's leading construction and fit-out organizationsReady to elevate your career?Join ALEC and help deliver some of the region's most prestigious Spa & Wellness and luxury hospitality projects.If you're inspired by what you've read and believe you're the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.Join ALEC Fitout and contribute to creating exceptional wellness, hospitality, and luxury experiences across the region.Apply today and be part of something exceptional!
