The ideal candidate will be an experienced hands-on developer with team lead / senior experience and be confident in making architecturally significant decisions.We are looking for someone that will bring clear, grounded ideas for improving AI-based development practices and integrating Agentic solutions into new and existing products.Topsec Cloud solutions provide a world-class Email Security Platform for our customers. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the development of systems and features that provide cutting-edge security tools for our customer base.This role will involve:Liaison with CTO and Commercial team to understand and develop the product roadmapCollaborating with the existing team and CTO to agree on systems architectureDefining work to be done, assigning tasks and overseeing implementationEstablishing consistent practices for AI driven developmentEvaluating the role of AI and Agentic systems within the productHands-on software development
