Digital Marketing Manager

The Change Partners are working with a leading consumer services business to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager into its global Brand & Marketing team.We’re looking for an innovative digital marketer who can bring fresh thinking and new ideas to the team. You’ll take the lead on digital campaigns across web, social media, email, CRM and paid media, working with international teams to find new ways to engage audiences, strengthen the firm’s brand and push its digital marketing forward.This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and deliver multi-channel digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business priorities.Lead digital projects across web and social media, including website landing pages and global social channels.Use analytics and performance data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities and improve ROI.Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.Champion digital best practice and advise senior stakeholders on channel strategy, tools and emerging trends.What we’re looking forProven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering integrated campaigns.Good knowledge of SEO/GEO, audience targeting and digital engagement strategies.Experience across social media, email marketing, CRM and campaign analytics.Understanding of CMS platforms, web architecture and digital user experience; experience with Adobe marketing technologies would be advantageous.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional and international teams.Experience managing agencies, budgets and project delivery.Agency or large matrix organisation experience preferred.Please apply below with your CV if you’re interested.
