Digital Marketing Specialist – Internship with Full-Time Opportunity

About LGALGA is an education company based in Morocco, developing and delivering educational programs for students and professionals. As we continue to expand our online programs and digital presence, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.The position will begin with a one-month internship, with the objective of transitioning into a full-time position based on performance and fit.The RoleThe Digital Marketing Specialist will work on the growth and visibility of LGA’s online educational programs. The role combines digital marketing, content, paid acquisition and data analysis.We are looking for someone who can not only create and manage campaigns, but also understand the numbers behind them, identify what is working and continuously improve performance.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels
• Manage and grow LGA’s presence across social media platforms
• Plan and coordinate content for our online educational programs
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, traffic, leads and conversions
• Analyze marketing data and translate it into practical recommendations
• Track KPIs including acquisition costs, conversion rates, engagement and campaign ROI
• Conduct audience, competitor and market analysis
• Test different campaigns, audiences, creatives and messaging
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for growth
• Work closely with the LGA team on the launch and promotion of new online programsCandidate Profile
• Master’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, Data/Business Analytics or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition
• Good knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and marketing analytics/reporting tools
• Understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads and similar platforms
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make decisions based on performance
• Strong communication and content skills
• Fluent in French and English
