Tailor my CV for this job — freeWe’re Hiring | Director Academics – Engineering CollegeAccurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater NoidaAn Autonomous Campus | NAAC Accredited | AI Enabled CampusAccurate invites applications from experienced academic leaders with a Computer Science & Engineering background and sound knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to lead its Engineering campus.Prior experience as Director of an engineering college is mandatory.Key Responsibilities· Lead academic planning, teaching quality and the overall administration of the Engineering campus.· Strengthen CSE and AI/ML education through updated curricula, practical learning, industry projects and emerging technologies.· Guide HODs and faculty, ensuring effective workload allocation, regular conduct of classes and measurable student progress.· Drive NBA accreditation, institutional quality initiatives and compliance with applicable academic and regulatory requirements.· Build industry partnerships, research collaborations, internships and placement opportunities.· Promote faculty development, research publications, innovation, patents and student entrepreneurship.· Oversee laboratories, academic infrastructure, student discipline and the effective implementation of autonomous academic processes.Qualifications & Experience· B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech/M.E. and Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a closely related discipline.· Proven experience serving as Director of an engineering college, with demonstrated responsibility for academic and administrative leadership.· Strong understanding of AI/ML and its integration into engineering education, research and industry applications.· Demonstrated experience in accreditation, faculty leadership, academic planning and institutional development.· Strong communication, decision-making and team management skills.
