Director of Clinical Services (RN) – Home Health

Location: Clearwater, FLSchedule: Full-TimeCompensation: $95,000 - $105,000 Base SalaryOur client is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory guidance for its Medicare-certified home health agency in Clearwater, Florida.This is a primarily office-based leadership position with occasional field visits to support clinicians, patient care initiatives, and agency operations throughout the service area.

The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with recent Medicare Home Health experience who is passionate about quality patient outcomes, staff development, and regulatory compliance.The Director of Clinical Services plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while supporting agency growth, operational excellence, and clinical performance.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight for all clinical operations within the agencyEnsure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, and regulatory requirementsSupervise and support clinical staff, including field clinicians and office-based team membersMonitor clinical performance, quality metrics, and patient outcomesOversee compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health regulationsReview and support OASIS documentation accuracy and regulatory complianceAssist with clinical staffing, training, onboarding, and professional development initiativesServe as a clinical resource for patient care concerns, escalations, and complex casesCollaborate with agency leadership to drive operational success and growth initiativesParticipate in occasional field visits to support clinicians and ensure quality care deliverySupport quality assurance, performance improvement, and survey readiness effortsQualificationsActive Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingMinimum three years of recent Medicare Home Health experience requiredStrong working knowledge of OASIS documentation and Medicare regulationsMinimum two years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience requiredDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop clinical teamsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively balance clinical oversight, compliance, and operational responsibilitiesCompensation & BenefitsBase salary of $95,000 - $105,000Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysCar allowanceEmployee referral programProfessional growth opportunities within a growing organizationThis opportunity is ideal for an experienced home health leader who enjoys mentoring clinicians, driving quality outcomes, and making a meaningful impact on both patients and staff.Equal Opportunity Employer:
