Operations Director – Luxury HospitalityA confidential opportunity is available for an accomplished Operations Director to lead the operational performance of a portfolio of dining concepts across international markets.We are seeking a commercially minded hospitality leader with a strong track record in multi-venue management, operational strategy and team development. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen business performance, uphold exceptional standards and support the continued growth of the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee operations across multiple venues and international markets, ensuring consistency in service, quality and brand standards.Drive financial results through effective P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization.Guide and support General Managers and senior operational teams, building strong leadership capabilities and accountability.Analyze operational performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue and profitability.Maintain outstanding guest experiences and ensure high standards across all aspects of the operation.Collaborate with culinary, commercial and executive teams to align operational priorities with wider business objectives.Contribute to pre-openings, market expansion and the successful integration of new concepts into the portfolio.Ensure operational compliance with relevant regulations, internal procedures and health and safety requirements.Implement best practices and scalable processes to support long-term operational excellence.RequirementsSenior-level operations experience within luxury hospitality, premium dining or upscale restaurant groups.A proven track record overseeing multiple venues, ideally across different markets.Strong financial expertise, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop senior management teams.Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.A hands-on yet strategic leadership approach, balancing commercial objectives with exceptional guest experiences.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Flexibility to travel internationally as required.ConfidentialityThis is a strictly confidential search.
