The CompanyOur client is a fast-growing real estate startup headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, building a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets across Central Pennsylvania. This is a newly-created Senior Leadership role that will oversee a team, report into the CEO and support a growing portfolio!What You'll DoLead and manage the full property management division across a 200+ unit rental portfolioOwn leasing, lease administration, and renewals, maximizing occupancy and resident retentionManage unit turnovers from move-out to move-in, minimizing vacancy and downtimeOversee maintenance operations; prioritize work orders, manage vendors, keep maintenance spend under controlIdentify and implement process improvements and efficiencies across property operationsManage day-to-day property operations in AppFolio, including leasing, work orders, and resident communicationPartner with accounting on rent collections, delinquencies, bill pay, and property-level budgetsSupport the lease-up and transition of new developments coming to market in 2027Serve as a key point of contact for residents, vendors, and contractors, resolving issues quickly and professionallyProvide reporting to leadership on occupancy, maintenance costs, renewals, and overall portfolio performanceWhat You Bring5+ years of residential property management experienceAppFolio experience requiredProven ability to lead and develop a team, including maintenance and leasing staffStrong working knowledge of leasing, renewals, turnovers, and maintenance operationsTrack record of controlling costs and improving operational efficiencyExperience with new developments, lease-ups, or capital projects a plusSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and prioritiesExcellent communication and resident service skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between properties
