Through its RidaCare service, the company provides OEM-trained experts who optimize systems for energy efficiency, cost savings, and long-term reliability using advanced technologies.Role Description The Division Manager (Automotive Manufacturing & Thermal Management Solutions) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees the division’s operations, including planning and managing automotive and thermal management projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Division Manager leads cross-functional teams, drives continuous improvement in manufacturing and service processes, and aligns divisional goals with overall business strategy. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, coordinating with OEM partners and customers, and resolving operational issues. The role also involves enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting business development efforts, and providing training and guidance to team members on products, processes, and safety standards.QualificationsStrong background in the Automotive Industry domains, particularly in manufacturing, thermal management solutions, or commercial vehicle systems.Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with experience managing client relationships and service delivery in a technical or industrial environment.Ability to design and deliver Training programs for teams and customers, including product knowledge, operational procedures, and safety compliance.Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and driving performance improvements.Solid understanding of operations management, including budgeting, resource planning, and process optimization in a manufacturing or service context.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with OEM partners and internal departments.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Experience working in the Middle East region or similar markets, with familiarity in local regulatory and industry standards for automotive and refrigeration systems.
