We are looking for a .NET developer to join a 24-month onsite engagement with a prominent government educational institution in Riyadh.The RoleYou will support and enhance 13 in-house academic systems used by students and faculty. The work covers maintenance, bug fixing, new features, integrations, and modernizing legacy applications. The examination system is the first priority.ResponsibilitiesMaintain, troubleshoot and enhance existing .NET applicationsDevelop new features and functions on the current systemsBuild and consume APIs and integrate data between systemsUpgrade and migrate legacy applications (Web Forms / .NET Framework) to newer platformsOptimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures and reportsPrepare technical documentation and user guides for the systemsProvide day-to-day technical support to users and the internal teamRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field3–5 years of hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Web Forms and .NET FrameworkStrong Microsoft SQL Server skillsWorking knowledge of Windows Server, SharePoint and Active DirectoryExperience with API development and system integrationGood written communication for documentation, in Arabic and/or EnglishNice to haveExperience with reporting, dashboards and data analysisExperience in education or government systems
