Sales & Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of parking management systems.Lead technicians and ensure work quality, safety, and timely project completion.Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs, spare parts, and supplier support.Identify new business opportunities in parking solutions, car park management, and valet parking services.Develop client relationships and conduct site visits to assess project requirements.Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and BOQs.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in parking systems, technical projects, or equipment maintenance.Experience in supervising technicians and managing installation and maintenance activities.Knowledge of parking barriers, payment machines, access control systems, and parking management software.Experience in sales engineering, business development, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
