Employment Type: Full-timeAbout Very Much IndianVery Much Indian is a Shark Tank-funded, Silk Mark-certified handloom saree brand dedicated to preserving India's weaving heritage and supporting 4,000+ artisans.We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to manage our day-to-day online business operations, streamline processes, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end e-commerce operations, from order placement to successful delivery.Oversee Shopify operations, product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and website coordination.Manage order processing, fulfilment, shipping, returns, exchanges, and RTO.Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, and marketing teams.Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, and dispatch timelines.Track daily sales, order fulfilment, cancellations, and operational KPIs.Manage courier partners and resolve delivery-related escalations.Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.Ensure smooth execution of festive sales, campaigns, and high-volume order periods.Requirements3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or D2C brands.Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.Strong understanding of order management, inventory, logistics, and fulfilment.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.Experience coordinating with courier aggregators and warehouse teams.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team-management skills.Ability to handle high order volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
