• Deliver engaging, interactive English sessions to adult learners using Wall Street English's proven methodology
• Prepare and plan lessons in line with student needs and learning objectives
• Run small-group classes and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Foster a positive, motivating, student-centered learning environment
• Monitor student progress, keep accurate records, and give regular, constructive feedback
• Take part in teacher meetings and trainings
• Collaborate with colleagues to support each learner's journey and success──────**Qualifications & Requirements**
• Strong knowledge of English teaching methodologies, with the ability to teach adult learners effectively
• Experience in lesson planning and educational strategies
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably with adults or young professionals in a language center
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)
• CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL certification (preferred / strong advantage)
• Strong classroom management and a learner-focused mindset
• Comfortable using educational technology and digital resources
