A leading hospital in Dubai is seeking an experienced ENT Specialist with strong surgical expertise to join its medical team. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of experience, with a proven track record in performing ENT surgical procedures.Role OverviewThe ENT Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating ear, nose, and throat conditions, performing surgical procedures, and providing comprehensive care to patients in a hospital setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders.Perform ENT surgical procedures independently, based on clinical expertise and qualifications.Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate medical or surgical treatment.Perform relevant diagnostic and endoscopic procedures.Manage preoperative assessments and postoperative follow-ups.Handle emergency ENT cases and surgical complications when required.Maintain accurate medical records and follow hospital protocols.Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degree.Recognized postgraduate qualification in ENT / Otorhinolaryngology.7–10 years of relevant clinical and surgical experience.Strong hands-on experience performing ENT surgeries.Previous hospital experience preferred.India nationality preferred.DHA,DOH,MOH,SHA Medical License or DHA Eligibility.Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills.BenefitsAED 30,000–50,000 tax-free monthly salaryOther benefits as per the hospital's policy.Annual airfare allowance.Medical insurance.Professional development opportunities.Modern multidisciplinary hospital environment.
