Galileo Search is building AI delivery pods for medium to large Australian organisations. Each pod is six specialists working full time as one team inside the business: integrating AI into the systems people already use, mapping new ways of working division by division, and making AI the first way the work gets done. Every position in the pod depends on the other five.Your position: the pod's technical lead. You set the system everyone else builds in.What you will deliver

• A target AI architecture for the organisation: platforms, models with a second provider, integration through APIs and MCP, identity, and cost per task.
• Build-versus-buy calls that hold up in front of executives and engineers.
• The patterns every use case is built on, so the tenth ships faster than the first.
• Day-to-day technical direction for the pod's engineers.What you bring
• You have architected a GenAI or agent system that is live in production inside a medium or large organisation.
• Depth in Azure or AWS AI platforms, and integration with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP and service management.
• You design security and governance in from the start, working alongside the pod's governance and security lead.
