The organization is focused on practical, responsive service and technology solutions that keep businesses running efficiently.Role Description This full-time, on-site Enterprise Solutions Specialist role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Enterprise Solutions Specialist will work closely with clients, technology partners, and internal teams to analyze business processes, define solution requirements, and configure enterprise software and ERP systems to meet customer needs. Daily responsibilities include leading solution design workshops, managing implementation timelines, coordinating integration activities between systems, and providing guidance on best practices for enterprise platforms. The role also involves preparing documentation, training end users, supporting go-live activities, and collaborating with project managers and field engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions. The specialist will regularly review system performance, recommend improvements, and contribute to continuous enhancement of SmartField Tech’s service offerings.Qualifications Ability to understand and optimize Business Process workflows and translate them into effective technical and operational solutions.Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management for enterprise implementations.Experience working with Enterprise Software platforms, with a focus on configuration, support, and solution design.Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including requirements gathering, deployment, and user training.Knowledge of system Integration principles and practices, including APIs, data flows, and interoperability between multiple enterprise applications.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to troubleshooting.Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills for the GCC region are an advantage.Experience working with MSPs, system integrators, or IT service providers is highly beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on
