Role: Erlang Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Dubai (Onsite)Nationality: any Candidate already residing in UAE will be preferredNotice period: immediate to 15 days email: hiring@sapical.com Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain fault-tolerant, high-concurrency backend services utilizing Erlang and OTP principles on the BEAM virtual machine.Architect and scale distributed systems handling massive real-time throughput and low-latency message routing.Monitor BEAM memory usage, process trees, and optimize node clustering across redundant cloud/on-prem environments.Debug production crashes, analyze crash dumps, and implement supervisor restart strategies to guarantee zero downtime.Collaborate onsite in Dubai with multidisciplinary engineering squads and system architects.Ensure compliance with enterprise security protocols, high availability standards, and automated deployment pipelines.Requirements & Qualifications5+ years of software development experience with extensive hands-on expertise in Erlang/OTP architectures.Onsite availability in Dubai, UAE.Notice period requirement: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 10-day notice period only.Demonstrated proficiency with concurrent programming, gen_server, supervisor trees, and distributed node communication.Strong problem-solving acumen in network programming, TCP/IP sockets, and Linux systems.Direct Application Requirement: Email hiring@sapical.com with subject line 'Erlang Dubai'.
