Salary: £34,000 - £39,000London | Hybrid (3 days per week)A fast-scaling management consultancy in London is looking for an Events Executive to join its team on a permanent basis, following a period of significant growth over the past two years.Events sit at the heart of how this business engages clients, builds its brand and drives commercial growth, giving this role genuine visibility with senior leadership from day one.You'll take ownership of a portfolio of events, ranging from flagship summits and executive roundtables to client breakfasts and webinars. With the firm operations globally, two to three events each year will take you overseas, offering a level of international exposure that's unusual at this stage of career.This is a strong fit for an events professional already working within professional services or a management consultancy, who wants a role that blends strategic input with hands-on delivery, and who's looking for a clear route to progress as the firm continues to expand.What you'll be doing in the Event Executive role:Owning end-to-end delivery of both internal and external events within a professional services settingHandling all logistics: venues, suppliers, catering, AV and productionProducing event collateral and presentation materialsWorking alongside marketing to drive attendance and engagementRunning smooth on-the-day delivery, troubleshooting as issues ariseBuilding relationships with senior stakeholders across London and the wider international businessWhat you'll bring to the Event Executive role:At least two years' experience as an Events Executive within a professional services or management consultancy environment (essential)A track record of working directly with senior stakeholders in a corporate settingExcellent organisational and communication skillsThe ability to juggle several live events at once without losing attention to detailA proactive, can-do approach to problem-solvingComfort operating strategically while still being hands-on with deliveryGet in touch to find out more about this Events Executive role in London.
