Event Producer – Luxury Retail Brands

Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Producer to deliver high-impact live events, brand experiences and activations for leading luxury and premium brands. You’ll own projects from brief to delivery, managing budgets, suppliers and timelines to deliver flawless events to the standard luxury clients expect.Key ResponsibilitiesManage events end to end, from client brief and concept through planning and on-site deliveryDeliver luxury retail events, including store openings, product launches, VIP clienteles, pop-ups and brand activationsBuild and manage production budgets, timelines and critical pathsSource, brief and manage premium suppliers and venues, including AV, staging, fabrication, F&B and talentProduce run-of-show documents, production schedules, site plans and technical ridersAct as the day-to-day client contact for production matters, upholding brand guidelines and standardsWork closely with creative, design and account teams to bring concepts to lifeLead on-site delivery, including build, live show and de-rigEnsure health and safety, permits and venue and mall complianceRun post-event wrap-ups, reconciliations and reportingRequirements4–7 years of production experience in an events or experiential agencyEssential: proven experience delivering events for luxury retail brands (fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty)Strong eye for detail and a clear understanding of luxury brand standardsStrong UAE or GCC event delivery experience, with an established premium supplier networkStrong budget management and negotiation skillsCalm under pressure, highly organised, and comfortable with tight deadlinesUnderstanding of technical production: AV, lighting, staging and fabricationWilling to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends around eventsArabic and/or French is an advantage
