Candidates can explore more about the brand and its activities through its official website and social media channels.Role Description:Current job responsibility is to look after the maintenance department.Must have experience on HVACBMS access control all type of safety equipment like sensor and detector along with electrical section.General maintenance of LT and HT panals.General maintenance of DG and UPS.Operation and maintenance of Chiller plant.General maintenance of Kitchen equipment.General maintenance and repair FCU, CSU,AHU etc.General maintenance and repair split AC, Cassette AC, Window AC etc.General maintenance and repair all type of Refrigerator, Cooler, Deep freeze at all type cooling equipment.Unit cinema level all engineering related work and operate like Projector, Server, TMS, Dimmer panel, fire panel, Lighting panel, Lighting DB, Kitchen equipment, Food Counter equipment etc.Maintain Vendor and engg.related all Document management.SAP engineering Related like Purchase Requation, Inventory management, Stocks management, Property preventive maintenance etc. work with documentary.Qualifications3-6 years of experienceMust have ITI Diploma Candidate with desigantion Sr. associate engineer/electrician can also apply if confidentStrong foundation in engineering disciplines such as electrical, electronics, or mechanical, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in audiovisual or cinema systems.SAP experience will be an added advantageCompetence in using maintenance tools, following safety procedures, and maintaining accurate technical documentation and logs.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with operations teams, vendors, and other technical staff.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.Commitment to continuous learning, openness to adopting new technologies, and adherence to non-discriminatory, inclusive workplace practices.
