Facilities Management Specialist

Job Title: Officer – Facility ManagementJob Summary:Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and supervising facility assets, including buildings, roads, offices, landscaping, and utilities.

Ensure efficient facility operations through preventive maintenance, contractor coordination, procurement activities, stakeholder management, safety compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities.Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and outsourced facility service providers.Manage fit-out, building maintenance, and facility improvement activities.Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, vendor quotations, and service orders.Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor performance.Monitor budgets, expenses, invoices, and service contracts.Ensure compliance with HSE standards, work permits, and safety procedures.Prepare maintenance reports, MIS reports, and work schedules.Raise purchase requisitions and process GRNs/SRNs using SAP.Coordinate with internal departments, stakeholders, procurement teams, and vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).2–3 years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, or a related supervisory role.Mandatory experience in Fit-Out and facility maintenance activities.Mandatory experience in procurement and vendor management.Strong stakeholder management and coordination experience is mandatory.Experience in building maintenance, contractor management, budgeting, and HSE compliance.Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
