This is essential.B2C experience with residential properties, specifically villas. B2B, or managing only the common areas of a community, isn’t enough on its own.A solid grasp of AMCs: how they’re scoped, priced and renewedExperience running a P&L yourself, not with someone above you doing itStrong operations skills and the initiative to take a community and run with itFluent English.
