About the jobThe Facility Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and overall functionality of the facility. This role ensures that all services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards, while maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction.Key duties and Responsibilities · Inspection & MaintenanceConduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure all areas are well-maintained and operational.Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.· Vendor CoordinationManage and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).Review and approve vendor work and invoices where applicable.· Tenant Support & Complaint HandlingAct as the main point of contact for tenant concerns and service requests.Address and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.Maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction levels.· Work Order & Task ManagementCreate, assign, and track work orders for maintenance and service requests.Ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.Maintain accurate records of all work orders and completed tasks.· ReportingPrepare regular reports on maintenance activities, incidents, and performance metrics.Provide updates to management on facility operations and ongoing issues.Maintain proper documentation and records.· Compliance & SafetyEnsure the facility complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety procedures.Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills when required. Position Requirements Work Experience· 3-5 years of proven experience in facility management or a similar role. Educational Qualification· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
