Joining an ambitious UK Operations team, you will be part of a collaborative, safety-focused culture dedicated to keeping essential city infrastructure running smoothly every single day.AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?As Field Service Technician, you will be the face of the UK Operations team across the Manchester region, taking full ownership of your territory to keep physical mobility hardware and smart terminal infrastructure operating at peak performance.Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and complex technical repairs on smart parking terminals, sensor technology, and mobility hardwareManage your regional territory autonomously to consistently meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maximize city-wide uptimeCollaborate directly with the central technical support team to report hardware performance and share real-time insights on local infrastructure challengesLog all site visits, parts used, and technical resolutions accurately using a mobile workforce management applicationChampion safety standards by adhering to all health and safety protocols while operating in public urban environmentsOK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?Proven track record in a field service or mobile technical role (electrical, mechanical, or hardware maintenance background)Strong hands-on technical diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues independentlyProficiency with digital tools and mobile apps for real-time reporting and task managementValid UK driving license with the confidence to navigate the Manchester metropolitan area efficientlyClear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset for interacting with local community partnersTHAT'S IT?You're a proactive problem solver who loves the variety and autonomy of working on the move rather than behind a desk.
