Start every store visit from the Individual Development Plans of the colleagues in that store, so that floor time goes to the specific development areas already identified and agreed — prioritized with the Store Manager rather than spread thinly across general training.Closing the learning journey. Complete a structured visit and observation report for every store — what was seen, what was agreed, who owns it and by when — and close prior actions before opening new ones.New joiner readiness. Deliver on-floor onboarding after induction and confirm the new joiner is ready for the floor; support new store openings and brand launches.Anchor day. One day a week at Head Office: consolidate reports, update the platform, plan the coming week's route with the Manager, and prepare materials.Floor insight. Bring back what is landing and what is not, so that content is built from evidence rather than assumption.MEASURED ONIDP closure rate in assigned stores — the share of colleagues who have completed learn, practice and evaluate, with the Store Manager's coaching and feedback recorded in the system.Conversion rate movement in assigned stores.Store visit coverage against plan — frequency and territory completeness.Field-day adherence — four days on the floor, every week.New joiner floor-readiness within the target window.Visit report timeliness and quality.PROFILEFive plus years in retail, with a minimum of two on the shop floor in a selling or supervisory role or field coach role.
