Finance Administrator

WE ARE HIRING: FINANCE ADMINLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Admin to support our finance department with daily financial transactions, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with daily finance and accounting administrative activities.· Prepare, organize, and maintain invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.· Assist in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.· Process and record payments, receipts, and expense transactions.· Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting databases.· Assist with bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.· Follow up on pending invoices, payments, and supporting documents.· Prepare expense summaries and basic financial reports.· Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients regarding financial documentation.· Maintain proper filing of financial records for audit and reference purposes.· Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.· Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role is preferred.· Experience in the construction or contracting industry is an advantage.· Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.· Good communication and coordination skills.· Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.· Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a team.Company Description INFINITY Developments, a member of INFINITY Group, is Zanzibar’s leading luxury real estate developer, specializing in residential, commercial, and leisure properties.
