Finance & Operations Manager, MENA

Overview: David Webb is seeking an exceptional Finance & Operations Manager for our MENA operations, based in Dubai. Over the past four years, we have built David Webb's presence in the Gulf from the ground up, establishing entities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. With boutiques currently open, actively opening, and further expansion underway, we require a pivotal leader to bring structural excellence to our rapid regional growth and ensure seamless daily operations.Candidates must already be based in the UAE — relocation will not be provided.Company Overview:Founded in New York City in 1948, David Webb is an iconic, luxury design House whosenamesake founder redefined high jewelry. Over 30 long-tenured master jewelers continue many of David Webb's own traditions, hand-crafting each piece in a workshop directly above the Company's flagship boutique. In addition to its New York City flagship, David Webb currently has boutiques in Beverly Hills, CA, Doha, and is expanding its presence throughout MENA with its newest boutique at The Grove.Position Overview: This role sits at the operational center of our regional business. The successful candidate will act as the critical link between the regional leadership team in Dubai and our global finance and operations teams in New York. Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years’ finance and operations experience within the UAE. Background in luxury retail or a business that handles high-value stock is highly desired. A recognized finance qualification, coupled with established familiarity with UAE compliance regulations, will be considered a significant advantage. Exceptional adaptability—equally comfortable driving high-level structural organization and diving deep into operational and financial details.
