About TengriAITengriAI is a fast-growing AI cloud infrastructure company providing large-scale GPU compute and cloud services to AI companies and developers worldwide. We are also building a digital asset business spanning token distribution and ecosystem incentive programs, bridging the AI compute economy with decentralized ecosystems. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer with top-tier capital markets experience and digital asset fluency to lead our financing strategy and capital architecture.Role OverviewReporting directly to the CEO, you will own the company's equity and debt financing, investor relations, and financial strategy, while overseeing the financial and compliance frameworks for our token distribution business. You will serve as the bridge between traditional capital markets and the digital asset ecosystem.Responsibilities

• Lead all equity financings, strategic fundraisings, and debt facilities (including GPU-asset-backed lending and structured financing); design and execute the overall capital strategy
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier global VCs, PEs, sovereign funds, and strategic investors
• Own financial modeling, valuation frameworks, and long-range planning to support board-level decisions
• Oversee financial planning, treasury, and compliance/risk frameworks for token distribution (TGE, ecosystem incentives, liquidity management)
• Build the finance team and internal control systems; drive process standardization and audit readiness
• Evaluate and execute strategic investments, M&A, and ecosystem partnershipsQualifications
• At least one of the following backgrounds:
• Investment Principal/Partner or above at a top-tier US VC firm (e.g., a16z, Sequoia, Benchmark, Lightspeed, Accel), having led growth- or late-stage technology investments
• CFO or head of financing at an AI cloud/compute infrastructure company (e.g., CoreWeave, Nscale, Nebius, Crusoe, Lambda), having led large-scale equity or debt raises
• Senior finance, capital markets, or institutional role at a major crypto exchange (e.g., Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, OKX), with hands-on knowledge of token distribution, listings, and liquidity operations
• Deep understanding of US capital markets and hands-on cross-border financing experience (USD funds, offshore structures)
• Familiarity with digital asset regulatory frameworks (SEC, CFTC, and major jurisdictions) strongly preferred
• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin, comfortable engaging USD funds and global teams
• Proven ability to build finance functions from zero to one in a fast-moving startup environmentLocation & Compensation
