The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to senior management and contribute to the continuous improvement and digital transformation of Finance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Country Financial Controller in monthly closing, reporting, Budget and Forecast processes.Preparing accurate high-quality management reports, dashboards and presentations for the Country CFO and senior management.Ensuring the accuracy, consistency and visual quality of financial reports and management presentations.Consolidating and analyzing country financial results, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, sales, margins, operating expenses and working capital.Performing Actual versus Budget, Forecast and Prior Year analyses to identify performance trends and key business drivers.Coordinating financial data collection and validation with Business Finance teams and other functions.Monitoring sales performance, volumes, prices, product mix, margins and costs to identify trends and deviations.Supporting financial simulations, business cases and ad hoc analyses for management decision-making.Contributing to country-level financial analyses, including corporate costs, allocations and shared services.Maintaining financial databases, reporting templates and controlling tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Supporting the standardization, automation and digitalization of Finance processes, including Excel and Power BI reporting.Participating in country and Group Finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.Approximately 2–5 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, audit, accounting or business analysis.Good understanding of financial statements, management reporting and financial performance analysis.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to prepare clear, accurate and impactful financial reports and presentations.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding reporting deadlines.Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn and develop professionally.Preferred QualificationsExperience in an industrial or multinational organization.Knowledge of Power BI, ERP systems or financial planning tools.Experience in financial reporting, data analysis and dashboard preparation.Interest in Finance digitalization, automation and process improvement.Strong business curiosity and motivation to take on broader responsibilities within Finance.What We OfferCareer development opportunities within a global organization.Continuous learning and professional development programs.Opportunity to gain exposure to senior management and international Finance operations.Participation in Finance transformation and digitalization projects.An inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
