🚀 We're looking for finance talent to join Proexpo!Financial Controller & Strategic Projects ManagerAt Proexpo, an international brand experience agency, we are entering an exciting phase of growth and strategic transformation.We are looking for an experienced, hands-on finance professional who combines strong financial expertise with business acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects.This is an opportunity for someone who wants to go beyond traditional financial controlling and play an active role in improving how our business operates and evolves.🎯 Your MissionReporting directly to our CFO, you will play a key role in ensuring financial control, improving project profitability, and coordinating strategic internal initiatives.You will combine financial management, business analysis, and cross-functional project coordination, contributing directly to operational efficiency and business transformation.Your Key Responsibilities📊 Financial Controlling & Business Analysis✅ Analyze P&L statements and profitability by project, client, and business sector.✅ Monitor budgets, costs, and financial deviations, identifying opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency.✅ Develop financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.✅ Oversee accounting processes, monthly closings, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.✅ Support treasury planning, invoicing, payments, and coordination with external accounting advisors.🚀 Strategic Projects & Business Transformation✅ Coordinate and monitor key internal transformation and continuous improvement projects across the organization.✅ Act as a cross-functional Project Manager, working closely with the leaders responsible for each initiative.✅ Define and track project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring effective execution and accountability.✅ Identify potential risks, delays, and deviations, proactively supporting corrective actions.✅ Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.✅ Contribute to improving internal processes, organizational efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration.🔎 What Are We Looking For?Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or financial controlling, ideally within an SME environment (BIG4 is a plus).Solid experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and P&L analysis.Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Experience coordinating internal projects, process improvements, or cross-functional initiatives is highly valued.Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate with different departments.Working proficiency in English within an international business environment.💡 What Do We Offer?Join a well-established, creative company working on international projects.Work directly with the CFO, with exposure to senior management and strategic business decisions.A unique role combining financial controlling and business transformation.The opportunity to lead and coordinate meaningful internal improvement initiatives.A hybrid working model based in Barcelona.A dynamic, collaborative environment with autonomy, responsibility, and real business impact.Long-term professional development and opportunities to take on greater responsibilities.📩 Interested in Joining Us?
