Fleet Operations Executive

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Fleet Operations Executive to join our client, a growing construction equipment rental company based in the UAE. The role will be responsible for managing truck and trailer operations, sourcing transportation jobs, coordinating fleet movements, handling port access procedures, and ensuring maximum fleet utilization.Key ResponsibilitiesSource daily trips and loads through transport companies, shipping companies, freight forwarders, and ports.Manage port tokens, gate passes, and vehicle access through DP World and other UAE port portals.Coordinate vehicle allocation, drivers, loading, deliveries, and daily schedules.Maximise fleet utilisation and minimise vehicle idle time by securing regular trips.Liaise with clients, drivers, and transport partners to ensure smooth operations.Manage transport CRM software, trip records, expenses, and invoicing.Handle RTA, Dubai Police, Salik, Masar, and relevant free-zone portals.Black & Grey HR is seeking a Transport Operations Executive to join our client, a growing construction equipment rental company based in the UAE.
