SHG operates 112 properties across 27 countries, committed to delivering authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together around the world.Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic, polished and guest-focused hospitality professionals to join our portfolio of luxury restaurants, lifestyle dining concepts and high-energy nightlife venues in Dubai.Open PositionsHead Waiter/Head WaitressLead an assigned section and coordinate the service team during busy operations.Maintain service standards, support employee development and handle guest requests.Previous supervisory experience in a luxury restaurant, lounge or nightlife concept is required.Head HostessOversee reception operations, table allocation, guest profiles and VIP arrivals.Supervise the hostess team and coordinate closely with restaurant management.Previous reception leadership experience in a premium, high-volume venue is required.Head BartenderLead daily bar operations and supervise the bartending team.Maintain beverage quality, stock control, service standards and bar organization.Strong cocktail knowledge and previous bar-leadership experience are required.Waiter/WaitressProvide attentive service, take accurate orders and recommend food and beverages.Maintain strong menu knowledge and confidently support upselling.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an upscale, high-volume or lifestyle venue.BartenderPrepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to approved recipes.Engage guests, recommend beverages and support upselling.Previous experience in a premium restaurant, lounge or nightlife venue is preferred.HostessWelcome guests and manage reservations, enquiries, waitlists and seating arrangements.Experience with SevenRooms or a similar reservation system is preferred.Reservations AgentManage telephone, email and online reservations accurately and professionally.Experience using SevenRooms or a similar system is preferred.CashierProcess bills, payments and refunds accurately using the POS system.Complete cash handling, reconciliation and end-of-shift reporting procedures.Food RunnerDeliver food promptly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards.Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to support efficient operations.BarbackSupport the bar team with glassware, ice, garnishes and stock replenishment.Maintain a clean, organized and fully prepared bar throughout service.Ideal CandidatesPrevious experience in luxury dining, fine dining, lifestyle hospitality or nightlife.Relevant experience for the position being applied for.Confident working in fast-paced and high-volume environments.Excellent communication and guest-engagement skills.Strong English communication skills; an additional language would be an advantage.Polished appearance with excellent grooming and presentation standards.Experience serving VIP and international guests is advantageous.Available to work evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
