Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: 2–4 Years Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the CompanyWe are hiring for a fast-growing technology company building innovative AI-powered solutions to solve real-world business problems.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Full Stack AI Developer with 2–4 years of experience in building scalable web applications and integrating AI/ML capabilities into production-ready products.The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development skills, hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend technologies, and an interest in building AI-powered applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and modern frontend frameworks.Develop robust backend services and REST APIs.Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, and generative AI capabilities into applications.Work with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.Build and optimize database schemas and queries.Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver new features.Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in production environments.Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure application reliability.Required SkillsFrontend:Strong proficiency in React.js.Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.Backend:Proficiency in Python or Node.js.Experience building REST APIs and backend services.Knowledge of authentication, integrations, and backend architecture.AI/ML:Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM APIs.Understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM-based applications.Exposure to RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex is an advantage.Database & Deployment:Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.Familiarity with Git and version control.Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms.Understanding of Docker and application deployment.Preferred QualificationsExperience building and deploying AI-powered applications.Knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows.Experience working in an early-stage startup or fast-paced engineering environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Who Should Apply?Developers with 2–4 years of full-stack development experience.Engineers who have hands-on experience building AI-powered products.Candidates who enjoy taking products from development to production.Compensation: Up to ₹12 LPALocation: Bangalore
