Role Description This full-time, on-site General Dentist role at Balsam Medical Care is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and delivery of preventive and restorative services such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and periodontal care. Responsibilities include educating patients on oral hygiene, documenting clinical findings and treatments accurately, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals as needed. The role also involves adhering to infection control protocols, maintaining high clinical standards, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and keeping up-to-date with current dental practices and technologies. The General Dentist is expected to contribute to a collaborative clinical environment and support quality improvement initiatives within the practice.Qualifications Possess strong clinical dentistry skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care, and restorative procedures.Demonstrate proficiency in patient communication, education, and chairside manner to support a positive patient experience.Exhibit attention to detail in clinical documentation, record keeping, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.Maintain the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.Hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or equivalent recognized dental degree.Have current licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice dentistry in Saudi Arabia, in accordance with local regulations.Show commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in dental techniques and technologies.Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a full patient schedule effectively.
