Should be coming from Yacht and Shipping background onlyRole:Develop the strategy in line with the overall strategy of the organisation to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing functional strategies across the companyDevelops and oversees the implementation of policies, procedures, and controlsDevelops and recommends the budget and monitors function’s financial performanceManage the day-to-day operations by setting individual objectives, recruiting qualified staff, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisalDirects the strategic direction of the Product Development Plan and oversees the work of the Head of Product Management and the Product Managers in the development of new value-added products that cover B2B- Consumer; B2C- Commercial; B2B- Government and B2C business areas.Directs and approves the Product Marketing Strategy and Plan.Implementation of and compliance with the cybersecurity/privacy/ Business Continuity requirements as per company policies and procedures.
