Typical responsibilities include assisting with technical designs and drawings, contributing to site inspections, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction functions. The role involves learning to apply engineering principles to real-world challenges, participating in problem-solving discussions, and adhering to safety and quality procedures. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh, where the Graduate Engineer will spend part of their time on-site or in the office and may complete some tasks from home, depending on project needs.Qualifications Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited institution.Foundational technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and interpretation of drawings and specifications.Basic proficiency in engineering and office software (e.g., CAD tools, MS Office, project management applications).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, multicultural teams.Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage time, and follow through on assignments with attention to detail.Interest in the construction industry and willingness to work on-site as needed, adhering to health and safety standards.Adaptability, curiosity, and openness to continuous learning through on-the-job training and mentorship.Prior internship or project experience in construction or engineering is an advantage but not required.
