Group Financial Controller

Group Financial Controller | London I’m working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Financial Controller to join a growing, internationally listed business undergoing significant development.Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll take ownership of group financial control, reporting and consolidation, while bringing key finance functions in-house and building a robust finance infrastructure.Key responsibilities:Lead group reporting, consolidation and balance sheet management.Oversee statutory reporting, audit and listed-company compliance.Implement a new accounting system and strengthen financial controls.Own cash flow forecasting, budgeting and financial planning.Build and develop the finance function as the business grows.Partner with the CFO on wider strategic and commercial initiatives.What we're looking for:ACA, ACCA, CA or CPA qualified.Proven Financial Controller or Group Financial Controller experience.Strong technical accounting, consolidation and reporting expertise.Experience implementing systems and building processes from the ground up.A hands-on, autonomous individual comfortable operating in a changing environment.Experience within a listed, international or resources business would be advantageous.Start date: Ideally Q1 2027.If you're an established Financial Controller looking for a broad, high-impact role with direct CFO exposure and the opportunity to build a finance function, I'd love to have a confidential conversation.
