About the roleEuro Gulf Techno Services LLC (EGTS) is looking for an experienced Group HR Manager to lead HR operations across our MEP contracting, interior fit-out and facilities management business in Dubai. The role covers the full employee lifecycle for a diverse workforce of office staff, engineers, supervisors and large site teams.Key responsibilitiesPlan manpower and lead recruitment for office, engineering and site teams, including trade tests and agency coordinationOversee the full visa lifecycle and government processes (MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, Emiratisation)Manage payroll inputs, WPS, benefits, leave and end-of-service calculationsHandle employee relations, disciplinary matters and labour law complianceOversee labour accommodation, worker welfare and site-related HR requirementsRun appraisals and coordinate mandatory training with HSE and operationsMaintain HRMS data and deliver monthly HR reports to managementLead the HR, payroll and PRO teamRequirements15+ years of HR experience, including 8+ years in a managerial role in construction in the UAEProven experience managing a large blue-collar workforce and labour accommodationStrong knowledge of UAE labour law, MOHRE/GDRFA processes and WPSHands-on experience with HRMS/ERP payroll systemsExperience in performance management, including goal setting, appraisal systems, feedback frameworks and development planningHighly organised and composed under pressure, with a strong sense of ownershipExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsValid UAE driving licence is mandatoryBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) is preferredHow to applyApply through this listing or send your CV to hr@eurogulfme.com with the subject line “Group HR Manager.”
