- Lead Group marketing strategy, brand positioning, budgets and team performance.
- Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, content and events.
- Drive footfall, sales and engagement through tenant collaborations, partnerships and activations.
- Oversee CRM, loyalty and customer retention initiatives.
- Manage agencies and optimize marketing investment through measurable KPIs and ROI.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.10+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in leadership.Experience in retail, shopping malls, entertainment, hospitality or mixed-use developments.Strong commercial acumen, digital expertise and stakeholder management skills.GCC/UAE experience and Arabic proficiency preferred.
