Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Relations Officer at OTIUM Casino Batumi located in Batumi. As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and performing receptionist duties.QualificationsExcellent guest relations and customer service skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in receptionist duties and handling guest inquiriesAbility to prioritize and multitaskProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressureLanguages: English and Turkish.
