Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef – Multi-Cuisine Café

Location: Wasl Green Park, Dubai, UAESalary: depending on experienceJob SummaryBrewZa Café is seeking an experienced Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, oversee food preparation, control inventory and food costs, develop the menu, and supervise kitchen staff.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily kitchen operations and maintain consistent food quality.Prepare and develop a multi-cuisine menu covering Indian and South Indian dishes, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, noodles, momos, shawarma and café snacks.Manage inventory, stock levels, purchasing, supplier coordination and food wastage.Monitor food costs, portion control and profitability.Supervise, train and manage kitchen employees, including duty rosters.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and applicable Dubai Municipality requirements.Establish kitchen SOPs, recipes and quality standards.Maintain stock records, purchase reports and kitchen cost reports.Take responsibility for smooth and efficient kitchen operations.RequirementsMinimum 4–6 years of relevant kitchen experience, preferably in a multi-cuisine café or casual-dining restaurant.Previous experience as a Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.Strong knowledge of menu development, food costing and inventory management.Proven team-management and operational skills.Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards in the UAE.Application InstructionsInterested candidates are requested to share their updated CV, details of relevant experience and expected salary.Contact Person: Farheen IdrisiWhatsApp / Phone:0509982549Email: farheen@brewzacafe.comPlease mention “Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef – BrewZa Café” in the application subject or WhatsApp message.
