HEAD OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES

WE ARE HIRING: HEAD OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLESLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Accounts Receivables to lead our accounts receivable and collections function, ensuring effective credit control, timely collections, and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and oversee the accounts receivable and collections team.· Manage customer billing, invoicing, payment allocation, and account reconciliations.· Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of overdue payments.· Develop and implement effective collection strategies and credit control procedures.· Prepare and review aging reports, collection forecasts, and receivables performance reports.· Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and resolve billing disputes.· Coordinate with project, commercial, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.· Monitor customer credit limits and assess payment risks.· Oversee monthly closing activities related to accounts receivable.· Provide regular reports and recommendations to management regarding cash flow and collection performance.· Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.· Supervise, train, and support the accounts receivable team to achieve collection targets.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.· Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory experience in accounts receivable.· Experience in the construction or contracting industry is highly preferred.· Strong knowledge of credit control, collections, customer reconciliations, and financial reporting.· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.· Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.· Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet collection targets.· Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with different departments.Company Description Infinity Developments, a member of INFINITY Group, is Zanzibar’s leading luxury real estate developer focused on residential, commercial, and leisure properties.
