Head of Applied AI and Analytics

We are partnered with an established organisation to look for a head of Applied AI and Advanced Analytics based in Singapore. This executive leadership role is tasked with taking advanced machine learning, neural networks, computer vision, and predictive analytics out of experimental research and directly embedding them into complex, large scale operational workflows. You will lead a multidisciplinary technical unit, partnering directly with C level operational leaders to modernise customer touchpoints, automate frontline decision making, and unlock measurable commercial efficiency across massive physical assets. Key ResponsibilitiesDirect a multidisciplinary team spanning data science, applied artificial intelligence, computer vision, and robotics integration. Define and execute the enterprise applied machine learning roadmap, prioritising high impact operational use cases with measurable return on investment. Establish robust stage gate governance to move technical prototypes past the pilot phase into scaled, live enterprise environments. Serve as the strategic bridge between technical teams and operational C suite stakeholders, translating complex algorithmic concepts into business value. Evaluate emerging technologies and forge strategic alliances with external research bodies, tier one technology providers, and specialised startups. RequirementsAt least 10 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing data science, applied artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics initiatives within complex enterprise settings. Proven track record leading technical teams from initial model development through to scaled production deployment in live operational environments. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior corporate decision makers
