Institutional Fund Arrangement & Project Financing- Independently arrange project financing ranging from USD 4 million to USD 50 million per transaction.- Establish funding relationships with GCC family offices, investment banks, private equity funds, institutional investors, and financial institutions.- Introduce verified investors with available capital and genuine investment mandates.- Structure equity financing, secured lending, project finance, and institutional credit facilities.- Negotiate investment terms, funding commitments, security arrangements, and transaction documentation.- Manage funding transactions from investor introduction through financial closing and disbursement.2. Banking Portfolio Development – India & UAE- Develop investment capital channels for BLACKBULL's proposed banking and financial services expansion.- Arrange funding for eligible banking acquisitions, regulated financial entities, mortgage finance businesses, and secured investment portfolios.- Establish institutional relationships for asset-backed lending and structured financial transactions.- Support the development of India–UAE banking partnerships and international capital deployment structures.- Coordinate with qualified regulatory advisers to ensure compliance with applicable banking and investment laws.3. Target: 2× Investment Portfolio DevelopmentThe selected Head of Banking will be responsible for developing strategies targeting portfolio asset coverage of up to twice the deployed investment capital, subject to independent valuations, commercial feasibility, and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities include:- Identify discounted, distressed, and income-generating assets.- Structure asset-backed investment opportunities with appropriate security coverage.- Develop financing models using collateral, equity capital, and institutional lending.- Evaluate portfolio expansion, refinancing, and capital recycling opportunities.- Maintain liquidity, risk controls, and transparent investor reporting.- Develop scalable portfolios without exposing investors to excessive or undisclosed financial risks.The 2× portfolio objective is a strategic development target, not a guaranteed financial return or asset valuation.Mandatory Candidate RequirementsApplicants must demonstrate:1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in investment banking, institutional fundraising, project finance, or banking portfolio management.2. Established professional relationships with GCC-based investors, family offices, banks, or investment funds.3. Direct access to credible investment capital for projects valued between USD 4 million and USD 50 million.4. A proven record of successfully arranging and closing institutional financing transactions.5. Strong understanding of banking operations, structured finance, investment risk, and collateral-backed financing.6. Ability to develop and manage substantial asset-backed investment portfolios.7. Expertise in investment negotiations, financial modeling, due diligence, and institutional compliance.8. Readiness to participate as an equity partner and assume responsibility for funding execution.9. Ability to provide a practical capital arrangement strategy within an agreed timeline.10.
