Head of Change - Challenger Bank - London/hybridWe are searching for an accomplished Head of Change to lead the change portfolio for an ambitious, regulated UK financial services organisation.This role will suit a senior change leader who can combine strategic thinking with disciplined execution. You will lead the Project Management team, shape the enterprise change roadmap and ensure that complex initiatives deliver measurable commercial, operational and customer outcomes.The opportunityOwn and deliver a broad portfolio of strategic, regulatory, operational and technology change.Set priorities and balance investment, resources and business capacity.Lead and develop a team of experienced Project Managers.Enhance the organisation’s change methodology, governance and reporting.Manage portfolio risks, dependencies, budgets, forecasts and benefits.Provide confident, evidence-based updates and recommendations to Executive and Board-level forums.Partner with Technology, Data, Operations and business leadership teams to embed change successfully.YouSenior leadership experience across complex change portfolios.A strong delivery record within a regulated or similarly complex environment.Expertise across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methods.Advanced planning and project management capability, including Microsoft Project; Jira experience is beneficial.Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience building high-performing delivery teams.Sound commercial judgement and the ability to cut through complexity.Financial services, banking, lending or mortgage-sector experience would be highly relevant.We are looking for a commercially-minded change leader who can bring structure, pace and accountability to a demanding portfolio of Strategic, Regulatory and Technology Transformation.
