Ltd., holds the Capital Markets Services License (License No.: CMS101839) issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).With a view to catching up with our rapid expansion, we are sincerely hiring talents to join our Group.Key elements of the job:Act as the designated MAS Appointed Representative and Head of the Corporate Finance division in Singapore.Lead deal origination and cross-border advisory mandates (ECM, cross-border M&A, pre-IPO financing).Oversee transaction structuring, execution quality, and maintain direct regulatory dialogue with MAS.The ideal candidate:Experience (Mandatory):Minimum 10+ years of front-office Investment Banking / Corporate Finance advisory experience within MAS-regulated institutions (CMS Licensees), SGX Full Sponsors, or global investment banks (Strictly not in-house corporate treasury / commercial accounting roles).Verifiable deal track record as a signing lead or key execution lead on SGX (Mainboard / Catalist) IPOs, RTOs, secondary fundraisings, or Singapore Takeover Code transactions within the last 3 years.Regulatory Status (Mandatory):Must qualify as an MAS Executive Director and Lead Appointed Representative under the CMS License for "Advising on Corporate Finance".Passed or fully exempted from CMFAS Module 4AMarket & Network:Strong local Singapore network with corporate issuers, SGX market participants, and family offices, with proven capability to bridge cross-border deal flow with Hong Kong / Greater China.We offer an exciting career opportunity to the successful candidate.
