You'll establish and lead our Project Management Office and construction engineering function, and you'll be accountable for every project from permits and approvals through execution and final handover: on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. The role is fully remote with business trips, covering projects in the Middle East, Western Europe, Africa, and Latin America.ResponsibilitiesOwn delivery of a portfolio of high-end hospitality and luxury residential projects running in parallel, from property acquisition and due diligence through planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and operational handoverBuild and lead the Project Management Office (PMO), setting up project governance, planning, reporting, controls, and performance management across all projectsEstablish and manage the construction and engineering function, including site engineers, technical supervision, quality control, and construction standardsHold full accountability for portfolio-wide budgets, schedules, quality, risks, and resource allocation, so that delivery is predictable across every projectOversee contractors, cost management, and high-end finishing, applying sound technical and commercial judgement to protect quality and budgetManage relationships with local authorities, consultants, and statutory bodies to secure regulatory approvals without delaying the programmeLead multidisciplinary teams, build a culture of accountability, and hold project managers, consultants, and contractors responsible for resultsSpot problems early, make decisions, and drive corrective actions, rather than simply reporting progressGive leadership clear, regular reporting on portfolio status, risks, and escalationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent field10+ years of experience in construction and development delivery, including senior responsibility for multiple projects at the same timeProven track record delivering luxury residential and hotel or hospitality projects, managed as a portfolio rather than as a single projectExperience building or leading a PMO and a construction engineering functionHands-on experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similarA hands-on, proactive, and decisive approach: structured, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailFluent EnglishNice to haveProject Management CertificationSpanish speaking skills (optional)BenefitsHigh-end international projects.
