Job PurposeManaging the company’s electrical engineering operations and overseeing the preparation and review of designs, drawings, and technical specifications. Ensuring the quality of engineering deliverables and compliance with project requirements, approved codes, and standards, while providing technical support to design and supervision teams and efficiently meeting client requirements with high-quality results.Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Project Management is preferred.The applicant must be a Saudi national.Experience:Minimum of 10–12 years of professional experience in the design and supervision of electrical works for engineering projects, including at least 3 years in managing or leading engineering teams. Advanced experience in design and technical specification reviews, engineering operations management, and multidisciplinary coordination is required.SkillsAbility to lead engineering teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and manage priorities.Strong skills in technical review and auditing, electrical design, project and priority management, problem-solving, decision-making, multidisciplinary coordination, and communication with clients and stakeholders.Proficiency in relevant engineering software and familiarity with the Saudi Building Code and applicable technical standards.Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers and possession of the appropriate professional classification in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.Advanced knowledge of electrical systems design, including power networks, lighting, grounding, protection systems, and low-current systems.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Electrical Engineering Department, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.Supervise the preparation, review, and approval of electrical designs, calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.Review electrical power, lighting, distribution, grounding, lightning protection, and low-current systems.Ensure compliance with project requirements, the Saudi Building Code, and applicable technical standards.Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, structural, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.Provide technical supervision during project execution and resolve technical issues and design changes.Review and approve materials, equipment, and shop drawings within the scope of authority.Monitor engineering deliverables, project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Evaluate team performance, develop technical capabilities, and improve departmental procedures.Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and contractors on technical matters.
