You will drive the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of all employee-facing technologies, including:Endpoint Devices (Windows, Mac, Mobile)Virtual Desktop PlatformsCollaboration Tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)Voice & Multimedia ServicesKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-user technology strategy, lifecycle, and operationsDeliver high availability and performance across platformsDrive endpoint management (Microsoft SCCM, Intune, MDM/MAM) and security complianceOwn asset lifecycle from procurement to retirementPartner with business leaders to translate needs into impactful solutionsLead vendor strategy, contracts, and performance optimizationBuild and mentor a high-performing, global Workspace teamRequired Skills and Experience:Japanese language of JLPT N3 - N2 level.15+ years in infrastructure, EUC, or security domainsProven leadership experience (Director-level or above)Strong expertise in endpoint ecosystems & M365 collaboration toolsDeep understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS)Experience in regulated environments (Financial Services preferred)Exceptional stakeholder, vendor, and team leadership skills
