Head of Finance - West Lothian (On-site)iMultiply is delighted to be working on an opportunity for a Head of Finance to join a growing SME group based in West Lothian, operating across multiple entities.This is a senior leadership role requiring responsibility for both the strategic and operational management of the finance function. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, strengthening controls, and supporting the continued development of the business.The OpportunityAs Head of Finance, you will lead the finance function across a diverse group structure, ensuring the delivery of accurate reporting, effective financial controls, and meaningful management information.You will manage and develop the finance team, oversee compliance and governance requirements, and support key business decisions through robust financial analysis and reporting.This role will suit a commercially minded finance professional who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level within a dynamic business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational financial leadership across the group.Deliver financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.Lead, develop and support the finance team.Drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting.Manage relationships with auditors, banking partners and legal advisors.Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and governance requirements.Support the delivery of wider business objectives through effective financial management.The IndividualQualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Proven experience within an SME, owner-managed or multi-entity environment.Strong leadership skills with experience developing finance teams.Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.On OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Permanent, full-time leadership position.Opportunity to influence financial strategy and operational performance across a growing group.Broad role scope with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and business decision-making.This assignment is being managed by iMultiply.
